At Arcodisas, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are nutritional supplements, opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used nutritional supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final-sale items, if marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@arcodisas.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@arcodisas.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arcodisas.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
